While The Dragon and Alex Wilde take a rampaging duck in a suit of armour that has defeated the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles into custody, the Vicious Circle engage in a turf war with several "anomalous" students led by the villainous Dr. Brainard. After The Dragon and the duck, named Destroyer Duck, rescue Destroyer's duck-friend and his duck-friend's girlfriend from the tyrranical clutches of Godcorp, they interfere in the turf war, allowing both sides to escape. Destroyer's rescued friends enter the witness relocation program under the assumed names "Leonard The Duck" and "Rhonda Martini."

Note: Spider-Man, Howard the Duck, Beverly Switzler, and Elf with a Gun make an unauthorized cameo, tying into the events of Spider-Man Team-Up #5. As this was an unofficial crossover, and a way for Steve Gerber to unofficially get his characters back, Howard and Beverly go into Witness Protection as Leonard the Duck and Rhonda Martini, and Elf with a Gun identifies himself at the end as Nuggo the Gnome.
